Steps to make 泰式咖喱虾

  • 1.虾开背,去虾线,剪虾枪、虾须,裹淀粉(其实不裹也行)
  • 2.下油锅炸
  • 3.洋葱、彩椒、香芹切段儿
  • 4.下锅炒至三分熟,放黄咖喱酱,炒匀后,将之前炸熟的虾放入,然后再放椰浆
  • 5.收汁儿后出锅,为了卖相漂亮,浇点儿辣椒油
