玫瑰饼干
去云南刚回来,看见了烘焙之路活动,正好,昆明的鲜花很多而且能食用,鲜花酱也是很多,这在山东是没有鲜花酱的,所以就带了些,做成酥酥的饼干,花香四溢真的不错哦。。。

  • 低粉130克
  • 黄油60克
  • 白糖40克
  • 蛋液25克
  • 玫瑰酱30克
  • 2克
  • 玫瑰花几瓣

Steps to make 玫瑰饼干

  • 1.所有材料称重备齐。
  • 2.白糖加到黄油里用打蛋器打匀。
  • 3.把蛋液分次加入到黄油打匀,成这样即可。
  • 4.筛入低粉。
  • 5.加入玫瑰花酱。
  • 6.玫瑰花瓣撕碎加入。
  • 7.用刮刀拌匀。
  • 8.放到面板上撒手粉,按扁。
  • 9.擀成厚约1公分的薄皮。
  • 10.用花型模具放到面皮上按下。
  • 11.饼干坯就好了。
  • 12.放到烤盘上。
  • 13.烤箱200度预热,上下火中层170度,20分钟烤到发黄即可。
  • 14.晾凉,酥酥的散发着玫瑰香味的饼干,馋了吗。。。
