台湾手抓饼
不知道从什么时候开始,大街小巷到处都是台湾手抓饼(真的跟台湾有关系咩),街边买了一个果然不错,于是自己动手制作,简单美味,比香xx更胜一筹,做几个饼胚冷藏,早上只需擀开电饼铛里烙一下,加上鸡蛋、火腿、生菜、番茄酱,营养丰富又干净卫生的早餐就诞生了

Steps to make 台湾手抓饼

  • 1.适量面粉倒入面盆
  • 2.慢慢注入开水,用筷子不断搅拌至面团状态。
  • 3.加少许冷水揉面,将面团揉至光滑
  • 4.面团分成六小份(根据面团多少来分)
  • 5.取出其中一份擀成很薄的面饼
  • 6.在面皮上均匀的撒上食用油、盐,
  • 7.将面饼卷起,卷成长筒状。
  • 8.将卷好的长条卷成棒棒糖样。
  • 9.擀开,擀成薄饼。
  • 10.电饼铛倒少许油,放进饼胚,烙至两面金黄,顺便可以煎蛋煎火腿,还可以洗个生菜啥的。
  • 11.烙好之后放上生菜、鸡蛋、火腿,根据个人口味加入酱汁,美味的手抓饼大功告成,慢慢享用吧。
