家里小妞和她爸爸都爱吃油条,外面买的我总觉得有一股难闻的味道,所以自己做的没有添加更健康哦

Steps to make 无添加小油条

  • 1.准备适量面粉后加入安琪,盐,油,还有鸡蛋
  • 2.调入牛奶
  • 3.和成软一点的面团,放入冰箱发酵(面团我一般是提前一晚上和好放入冰箱发酵一晚上,第二天一早拿出来就能用)
  • 4.冰箱里拿出来醒一回
  • 5.锅中放油烧至七八成热
  • 6.醒完的面团不用揉的,直接擀成长方形
  • 7.切成小段
  • 8.两片叠起来
  • 9.用筷子在中间压一下
  • 10.拿住两头下去油锅
  • 11.双面炸至金黄放入漏网控油
  • 12.油控好就可以上桌喽!自己做的香味扑鼻哦
  • 13.配上自制的核桃露,一顿丰盛又健康的早餐就大功告成了
