奥尔良鸡肉卷

Steps to make 奥尔良鸡肉卷

  • 1.用开水和面,揉成团后静置半小时再揉成光滑的面团。
  • 2.取一小块面团擀成一张约3mm的大面皮,用直径约5cm的圆盖子压出圆形的胚子。
  • 3.把5、6个胚子放在一起擀成直径约16cm的圆形,每张皮子都要刷一层薄薄的烹调油,防止粘连。
  • 4.把擀好的皮子放入蒸锅内大火蒸10分钟。
  • 5.趁热把每一张皮子撕开,很薄的。
  • 6.鸡腿去骨。
  • 7.用奥尔良烧烤料和大葱腌制10小时。
  • 8.用锡纸包好入空气炸锅180度20分钟。
  • 9.鸡腿切成条备用。
  • 10.准备好生菜、面皮,把鸡腿包上就可以吃了。
