  • 1.准备:绿豆芽,韭菜,香肠红椒切丝,蒜末,卷饼皮。
  • 2.韭菜改刀切段。
  • 3.把卷饼皮放入锅里蒸十分钟。
  • 4.热锅放油,下蒜末,红椒丝,香肠丝炒香。
  • 5.再放入绿豆芽,韭菜大火翻炒。
  • 6.炒至断生后调点盐,再翻炒均匀入味约一分钟左右就可以了。
  • 7.卷饼皮蒸好了,把卷饼料盛上盘。
  • 8.取一卷饼皮,将料放入,卷起,从中间切开,方便食用。
