米饭杀手—酸豇豆炒肉末
这是一道贵州的家常菜,我小时候在贵州读幼儿园,所以对那边的食物特别有感情,确实很好吃,这道菜我跟我姐姐都是很喜欢吃的,贵州那边的豇豆是酸的,我在杭州菜市场里买来的不是酸的,而是咸的,所以做法上我也进行了改变,很下饭

  • 1.材料有:酸豇豆,猪肉末,红辣椒,蒜瓣,葱
  • 2.首先将酸豇豆切小丁,红辣椒切丁,蒜瓣切片待用
  • 3.锅中加适量油,然后倒入红辣椒和蒜片煸香
  • 4.加入猪肉末煸炒
  • 5.然后加入酸豇豆煸炒,加白糖,少许盐,鸡精,继续不断煸炒,炒至豇豆皮起泡,出香味,然后加葱花即可出锅(杭州市场的豇豆很咸,所以白糖要加多点,一定要加多哟,要达到味觉上的平衡,这道菜才会好吃,也就是糖的量要跟豇豆的咸度对冲)
