油条:中国人最最熟悉的早点之一;尽管有很多专家一致认为它是不健康食品,却仍然不能阻止它在中国的广泛市场;因为它不仅价廉物美,更是一种流行了几百年地饮食习惯,根深地固难以改变;只要合理适当食用也是不会影响健康的。
油条对于我来说,不向做面包蛋糕那么熟悉,但也不算过于陌生;因为2015年春节时学做过一次,选用面粉、鸡蛋、牛奶和泡打粉等食材,面揉好后,饧发一夜后再炸的;虽说不如油条店的那么蓬松,家人反映整体效果还不错关键是自己做的健康有保障。
这次改用家用油条粉感觉省事便捷多了,只需要准备水和鸡蛋就行,也无需等待饧面10小时以上,特别适合于上班族;即可以吃到健康油条,又不至于耗时太长时间~~~

Steps to make 鸡蛋油条

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.将500克油条粉倒入面包桶中
  • 3.打入鸡蛋后再分次倒入清水
  • 4.用筷子搅成棉絮状,送入面包机
  • 5.启动自动义和面揉成光滑面团
  • 6.合上面包机上盖启动酸奶功能发酵
  • 7.约2倍大时取出
  • 8.案板上撒少许面粉
  • 9.排气后擀成合适的长方形,再将面团轻轻地拉长切成若干长条
  • 10.二条并一条,用筷子用力压一下
  • 11.取出一条左手按住一端,右手顺势滚几下成麻花状
  • 12.锅中油烧热后抓住两头绕几圈,轻轻地丢入锅中并揪去两头
  • 13.面团迅速在油锅中膨胀浮起来及时用筷子翻面
  • 14.炸至金黄色拣出沥油
  • 15.炸好的油条配一碗杂粮粥,这样的美味好吃看得见
