Steps to make 白菜豆腐汤

  • 1.大白菜去尾部洗干净。豆腐洗干净
  • 2.豆腐入煮锅焯水后捞出沥干水
  • 3.白菜切成块
  • 4.焯水后的豆腐切成块
  • 5.白菜、豆腐放入压力锅内锅
  • 6.加适量水后将内锅放入压力锅中压力锅通电,选择蔬菜汤档,压力锅开始工作
  • 7.煲汤程序结束后,压力锅发出提示音,待解压后添加盐、白胡椒粉,搅拌均匀即可盛出享用。
