Steps to make 蜜豆双皮奶

  • 1.纯牛奶一盒(约200毫升),鸡蛋清1个,蜜豆少许,白砂糖15克
  • 2.奶锅中倒入纯牛奶,小火煮至边边冒小泡泡即可关火。
  • 3.白砂糖混入蛋清里并搅拌均匀。
  • 4.煮开的牛奶倒入小碗中静置一会能看到牛奶表层有奶皮。
  • 5.用牙签轻轻挑开碗的边缘,慢慢把牛奶倒出,奶皮留在碗里。
  • 6.混合好的蛋清和糖倒入牛奶中。
  • 7.混合调匀后过筛一遍。
  • 8.混合好的牛奶蛋清慢慢从碗的边缘倒回有奶皮的碗内,使奶皮浮起。
  • 9.用锡纸盖住碗面。
  • 10.蒸锅中烧开水后把碗放入内,大火蒸10分钟。
