  • 党参10克
  • 枸杞10克
  • 黄芪10克
  • 红枣6个
  • 桂圆肉5克
  • 鱼露3克
  • 食盐5克

Steps to make 羊肉煲

  • 1.把所有药材清洗干净,然后浸泡会
  • 2.羊肉用开水烫下,去去血水,然后洗干净,沥干水份放到电力高压锅
  • 3.把药材也放到高压锅里
  • 4.加适量水煲一小时
  • 5.一小时后开锅
  • 6.把电力高压锅里的羊肉倒到砂锅里
  • 7.继续焖半个小时,然后调味即可
  • 8.羊肉煲焖好了
