Steps to make 姜葱墨鱼仔

  • 1.将小墨鱼洗净。
  • 2.去掉里面的内脏和内壳。
  • 3.起油锅,爆香姜丝,下墨鱼煸炒。
  • 4.待墨鱼出完水,也就是快熟了的时候,加入盐、生抽、葱段。
  • 5.调好味后炒匀就可以出锅,几分钟就搞定了。
