烤鸡肉意面沙拉
意面真是百搭,不仅能拌着各类的酱吃,还能做成沙拉吃~上次给我弟弟做汉堡的时候还剩了一块儿鸡胸肉,就用它和意面拌到一起吃啦~

Details of ingredients

  • 鸡胸肉1块
  • 黄瓜半根
  • 西红柿半个
  • 千岛酱8g
  • 意大利面50g
  • 橄榄油2ml
  • 食盐3g
  • 蚝油2g
  • 老抽2ml
  • 黑胡椒1g
  • 料酒2ml
  • 烤肉料5g

Steps to make 烤鸡肉意面沙拉

  • 1.鸡胸肉解冻,撕去表面的筋膜,用刀背将肉拍的松散一些。
  • 2.放入2g盐,蚝油、烤肉料、老抽和料酒。
  • 3.搅拌均匀后至少腌制3小时,中间要翻个面。
  • 4.预热烤箱,上下火210度20分钟。
  • 5.烤好的鸡肉切条,西红柿切小块儿,黄瓜切薄片,准备好千岛酱。
  • 6.煮意面的时候放入剩余的1g盐,加入少许橄榄油防粘,中大火煮8~10分钟。
  • 7.煮好的意面稍微过一下凉水,与剩余食材放入碗中。
  • 8.加入少许的千岛酱。
  • 9.搅拌均匀就可以啦~
  • 10.再磨一点儿黑胡椒。
  • 11.开吃吧~
