今天的吐司加了大麦青汁粉和紫薯粉,烤出来的面包就是一个小清新,太漂亮了,真有点舍不得吃,所有的累都忘记了,送给隔壁小盆友,美得她拿在手里看啊玩啊,喜欢的不得了

  • 蛋液40g
  • 白糖40g
  • 黄油25g
  • 紫薯粉5g
  • 大麦青汁粉3g
  • 3g
  • 酵母2.5g

Steps to make 彩虹吐司

  • 1.将除黄油和红糖外的食材按照先液体再粉类的顺序放入面包桶揉面至扩展后加入黄油继续揉至能拉出有韧性的薄膜
  • 2.将面团取出均匀的分成三等分,滚圆将一个面团加入青汁粉,点上几滴水将青汁粉搅匀后与面团揉匀
  • 3.将另一个面团加入紫薯粉,点上几滴水将紫薯粉搅匀后与面团揉匀
  • 4.将三色面团用薄膜隔开进行基础发酵
  • 5.发酵至原来的2倍大时取出
  • 6.将三色面团分别擀得和模具一样宽
  • 7.将三色面团叠加,绿色的放在白色的上面
  • 8.紫色的放在绿色的上面
  • 9.从一头卷起
  • 10.放入吐司模具
  • 11.进行二发,发酵至9分满时盖上吐司盖
  • 12.放入预热好的烤箱中,中下层200度45分钟即可
  • 13.出炉了,切片
  • 14.小清新颜色,喜欢
