Steps to make 鱿鱼红烧肉

  • 1.冷水焯五花肉块,焯好后温水洗干净
  • 2.土豆滚到切块
  • 3.速冻鱿鱼圈,其实大家可以买新鲜的鱿鱼,切成大块,不一定要鱿鱼圈,大块吃起来更有口感
  • 4.葱,姜,蒜,大料,麻椒,桂皮,肉蔻(半个),辣椒,五香粉,砂糖和冰糖,因为俺家冰糖不够了,所以又加了点砂糖,正宗的红烧肉是要加冰糖滴
  • 5.起锅开大火,不放油,干干净净的锅中只放入五花肉块
  • 6.炒到半焦状态把备好的调料碗中调料放入锅中
  • 7.放入土豆
  • 8.翻炒均匀后放入适量的水,只要刚刚埋过肉即可
  • 9.放入鱿鱼,只要飘在上面即可
  • 10.放入生抽,老抽,鸡精,盖上锅盖,调制中火,炖制30分钟
  • 11.半小时过后,开盖喽~~~~放盐,此时锅中还有适量的汁儿,接着开大火翻炒,做收汁儿的工作
  • 12.上菜!
