彩色花生馅汤圆
这两天一直在下雨,说好的秋老虎似乎也不见踪影,气温一直在下降。阴雨连绵的天气最想吃些热腾腾的东西,正好上周逛超市时女儿也提到过汤圆,于是经过密密麻麻的搜集资料过后,开启了我的第一次汤圆之旅。

本以为制作起来很方便,没想到一直从下午做到了傍晚。女儿全程陪伴在我身边时不时地问下,妈妈,什么时候能吃汤圆啦?而我总是说,快了快了~

当一碗梦幻般的汤圆呈现在自己面前的时候,心里美滋滋的,幸福满满的。看着女儿吃的香喷喷的样子,此时,再累也值得!

Steps to make 彩色花生馅汤圆

  • 1.烤盘内放入花生,180度烤10分钟。
  • 2.烤熟后的花生去掉红衣备用。
  • 3.接下来准备制作花生馅:花生,玉米油,盐和白砂糖。
  • 4.将炒熟的花生放料理机中搅打成颗粒状,加入少量的玉米油、盐和白砂糖。
  • 5.继续搅打一分钟。
  • 6.图为制作好的花生馅。
  • 7.糯米粉和大米粉混合在一起,用开水和成团后醒发。
  • 8.紫薯去皮切成小块,上锅蒸熟。
  • 9.紫薯用勺背压成泥,加入糯米粉和成紫色面团。
  • 10.胡萝卜切片放水里烧煮片刻。
  • 11. 放料理机内打成胡萝卜泥,之后加入糯米和大米粉和成面团。
  • 12.图为和好的三色糯米团。
  • 13.取紫色和白色糯米团适量,捏合成饼状,包裹馅料将口收紧,两手将其搓成圆形。
  • 14.黄色和白色面团做法一样,还可以做成三色面团。
  • 15.锅内加入少许冷水,待水开后即可下锅,煮至漂浮起来即可关火。
  • 16.煮好的汤圆,配上紫色的碗,是不是很梦幻~
