  • 1.先制作抹茶蛋糕卷。将三个鸡蛋的蛋黄和蛋白分离
  • 2.蛋黄中加入20g糖搅拌
  • 3.用打蛋器打至颜色变浅
  • 4.加入橄榄油60g,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入60g牛奶,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.筛入低粉70g
  • 7.抹茶粉10g
  • 8.搅拌均匀
  • 9.在蛋白中加入几滴醋
  • 10.低速打出泡
  • 11.分三次加入白糖,共40g,打至硬性发泡
  • 12.呈固态即可。约15-20分钟
  • 13.分三次加入打好的蛋白
  • 14.搅拌均匀
  • 15.将做好的抹茶糊倒入铺好油纸的托盘,轻摔几下震出气泡放入190度预热的烤箱中,烘烤15分钟后取出脱模。
  • 16.接下来制作蛋黄酱。蛋黄加入60g白糖。
  • 17.筛入低粉15g和玉米淀粉10g。
  • 18.搅拌均匀。
  • 19.一边加热一边倒入350g牛奶。并加入少许香草精。
  • 20.用小火煮至粘稠
  • 21.草莓切小丁备用
  • 22.烤好的抹茶蛋糕
  • 23.涂上做好的蛋黄酱
  • 24.撒上草莓丁
  • 25.慢慢卷起来就大功告成了!
