蔓越莓土司
土司是非常家常的点心,
往往充当快手早餐的重要角色,

  • 面粉220克
  • 酵母1匙
  • 温水130克
  • 奶粉20克
  • 5克
  • 砂糖50克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄油30克
  • 蔓越莓150克

Steps to make 蔓越莓土司

  • 1.准备材料.
  • 2.酵母温水化开,除黄油和蔓越莓之外搅打成团.
  • 3.加入室温软化的黄油.
  • 4.接着搅打3-5分钟,至出膜.
  • 5.盖保鲜膜,准备发酵.
  • 6.打开烤箱食物发酵/解冻功能,用40度发酵45分钟即可.
  • 7.发酵完成,拿出面团,分成4份
  • 8.取一个,擀开,撒上蔓越莓,卷起来,如此重复一次,其他三个面团同上.
  • 9.并排放入土司模中.
  • 10.接着用烤箱食物发酵/解冻功能二次发酵,用40度发酵30分钟即可.
  • 11.发酵完成后,用烤箱面包/蛋糕功能和风机运作功能,入烤箱180度烤30-40分钟即可.
  • 12.取出晾凉切片即可.
