汪刺鱼有很多种叫法,有叫汪丁鱼,昂刺鱼,昂牛,据说东北人叫“嘎牙子”,四川人叫“黄腊丁”,湖南人称之为”黄鸭叫”。家人很爱吃汪刺鱼,因为它肉质鲜嫩,而且营养美味,刚好有个绍兴朋友送了自制梅干菜,平时蒸肉吃多了现在蒸个鱼,一样美味下饭!

    Steps to make 梅菜蒸汪刺鱼

    • 1.准备材料,汪刺鱼杀好洗净、梅干菜用温水泡开后再用手挤干
    • 2.起油锅,放入葱白、干辣椒、八角爆香,放入梅干菜翻炒一会儿
    • 3.加入老抽、料酒、白糖、少量水烧一会儿,再调入一点鸡精就可以了
    • 4.汪刺鱼摆盘中,上面铺上姜葱丝
    • 5.将炒好的梅干菜去掉葱、辣椒、八角,铺在鱼上,放入蒸锅
    • 6.中大火蒸十分钟左右至鱼肉熟
    • 7.撒些葱花在上面
    • 8.非常鲜嫩美味的鱼,又是一道下饭好菜!
