Steps to make 胡萝卜蛋糕

  • 1.蛋白蛋黄分离。
  • 2.蛋白中加少许盐,几滴醋分三次打发,每次加20克白糖。
  • 3.蛋黄搅匀,加入40克白砂糖,20克奶粉。
  • 4.加入面粉。
  • 5.胡萝卜加水用破壁机打成汁。倒入面粉中。
  • 6.加玉米油,搅匀面糊。再加泡打粉和小苏打,拌匀。
  • 7.打发的蛋白分三次加入面糊中,用切拌的方式拌匀。
  • 8.拌匀后倒入烤盘。
  • 9.上下管150度烤40分钟。
  • 10.烤好取出凉一凉。
  • 11.切块。
  • 12.享用。
