    Steps to make 莆仙特色小吃-海蛎煎

    • 1.准备材料:海蛎200克,韭菜一小把,鸡蛋一个,地瓜粉适量(最好是用地瓜粉,其他的淀粉我也没用过,不知道味道好不好),油100克
    • 2.海蛎放在稍大一点的盘子晨,略加点盐抓一下,加清水,用手轻轻拨几下,就将海蛎捞出(挑好的海蛎有些还会带碎壳,加点盐壳更容易脱落,海蛎可不要过份洗呀,稍微用水洗一遍,滤去碎壳就好),韭菜切小段
    • 3.韭菜段,地瓜粉,海蛎,鸡蛋,盐适量装入一个大碗,用筷子搅匀,调成较稀的糊糊
    • 4.锅内放少许油,轻摇锅身,让油铺匀锅底
    • 5.趁油还没热就放入两大勺海蛎糊,并迅速用勺子摊平,整个饼厚薄一致
    • 6.用小到中火慢煎,待到一面金黄翻面
    • 7.两面金黄时就可以出锅了, 开吃!
