  • 1.食材备好
  • 2.鱼头,鱼尾切下,鱼身切成连刀块。看图
  • 3.倒入料酒,撒上盐胡椒粉葱姜拌匀腌制10分钟
  • 4.腌好的鱼先用清水冲洗一下,在摆在盘子里点缀枸杞,撒上葱姜上锅蒸8分钟
  • 5.蒸好把葱姜挑出,浇上蒸鱼豉油
  • 6.切点葱丝撒在鱼身上
  • 7.用炒锅烧热少许油趁热浇在鱼身上即可
