  • 糖粉40克
  • 牛奶25克
  • 抹茶粉5克

Steps to make 抹茶曲奇饼干

  • 1.原料:糖粉、抹茶粉、玉米淀粉、普通面粉(普通面粉与玉米淀粉已经混合)、黄油、牛奶。
  • 2.称量好的黄油,室温软化后用电动打蛋器打至顺滑。
  • 3.加入糖粉,打至顺滑。
  • 4.分三次加入牛奶,每次都将黄油与牛奶搅打均匀。
  • 5.筛入玉米淀粉、普通面粉和抹茶粉。
  • 6.用刮刀拌均匀,无干粉即可。
  • 7.装入裱花袋,剪去前端,露出裱花嘴。
  • 8.将面粉糊以S形挤在烤盘上,烤箱预热上火180度下火170度,预热完成将烤盘放入烤箱,烤制15分钟,饼干底部均匀上色,取出晾凉即可。
  • 9.成品。
