Steps to make 油泼面疙瘩

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.面粉中加入少量盐,青菜,打入一个鸡蛋
  • 3.加入适量清水,搅拌成面糊
  • 4.锅中烧开水,用汤匙挖少量面糊放开水中煮制,面疙瘩全部浮起来即可捞出装碗中
  • 5.热锅凉油,放入腌制好的猪肉煸炒至金黄出油,下胡萝卜一起翻炒至熟
  • 6.炒好的肉放在疙瘩面上,将榨菜切成小粒放疙瘩面上
  • 7.酱油,味极鲜生抽,胡椒粉,砂糖,醋,高汤(或凉开水)调成汁
  • 8.锅烧热,下油,放入花椒粒炸香后捞出花椒,将热油浇到面疙瘩上
  • 9.调味汁也倒入面疙瘩碗中,撒上葱花即可
