    Steps to make 三文鱼头豆腐汤

    • 1.鱼头洗净,沥干水分待用。
    • 2.香菇、蝴蝶苗洗净,豆腐切成小块待用。
    • 3.热锅下油,爆香姜片,把鱼头放入锅里,淋入少量料酒,盖上锅盖焖一会。
    • 4.煎至两面微黄。
    • 5.倒入适量的开水,没过鱼头为好,盖上锅盖,旺火烧5分钟。
    • 6.加入豆腐,慢火再煮10分钟。
    • 7.加入香菇煮2分钟,然后放入蝴蝶苗,撒入适量盐、胡椒粉、鸡精即可。
