Steps to make 火龙果戚风蛋糕

  • 1.取适量火龙果肉,用勺子和筛子取出火龙果汁,过滤出的火龙果肉留出30g,火龙果汁留40g。
  • 2.全部食材
  • 3.蛋黄蛋白分离
  • 4.蛋黄中加入糖搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入色拉油搅拌均匀
  • 6.加入火龙果汁搅拌均匀
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉翻拌均匀,加入筛子中过滤出来的果肉,翻拌均匀
  • 8.蛋黄糊拌好待用。烤箱预热,上火130度,下火120度
  • 9.蛋白中滴几滴白醋,分三次加入糖打发
  • 10.取1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀
  • 11.拌好的蛋黄糊倒回剩余的蛋白盆中,翻拌均匀。倒入模具,震出气泡,送入预热好的烤箱。60分钟
  • 12.取出,倒扣,冷却后脱模
  • 13.切块,开吃
