  • 1.草莓淡盐水浸泡清洗干净,沥干水分,摘掉蒂。

  • 5.放入破壁机。
  • 6.搅打一分钟,呈草莓糊状。
  • 7.倒入不粘锅,开小火,翻炒。
  • 8.草莓糊变得稍微浓稠点加入白糖。
  • 9.一直小火不断翻炒收汁,直到完全浓稠加入少许柠檬,继续搅拌均匀。
  • 10.草莓酱熬到滴落后不容易散开才算好,此时可以尝尝甜度,看看需不需要再增加白糖或者柠檬汁调节。关火,凉透。
  • 11.倒入提前洗净沥干水分后的玻璃瓶里,冰箱冷藏保存。
