  • 1.准备食材,凤梨与苹果切块,苹果放入盐水浸泡5分钟,沥干水份。
  • 2.苹果与凤梨块倒入料理机。
  • 3.再放入百香果,打成带有细小果肉颗粒的果泥。
  • 4.倒入平底锅内,放入百香果肉和冰糖。
  • 5.大火煮开,转中火边煮边搅拌。
  • 6.约煮15-20分钟,汁水基本收干,放入玻璃罐密封即可。
