洋姜胡萝卜汤
朋友给的洋姜,烫汤,炒,腌都可以,清热凉血养胃还调节血糖。

Steps to make 洋姜胡萝卜汤

  • 1.洋姜刷洗干净,切块。(我挑了个头小的用来煲汤。)
  • 2.胡萝卜去皮切块。(胡萝卜比较小,所以用了3根。)
  • 3.猪骨飞水,洗去浮沫。
  • 4.冷冻响螺头飞水,切小块。(没有可不放。)
  • 5.把以上所有材料放入汤锅,大火燒开,转小火煲1个小时。
  • 6.煲好后,用隔油网勺撇去肥油。
  • 7.放盐调味即可。(我通常不放盐或喝的时候再各自放。这样剩的汤可以第二天喝。)
  • 8.非常清甜清润的汤水。
