淡奶油小面包

  • 淡奶油240克
  • 酵母3克
  • 细砂糖50克
  • 黄油液15克(表面刷)
  • 粗砂糖适量(表面撒)

Steps to make 淡奶油小面包

  • 1.面包主材准备好
  • 2.全部入面包桶中
  • 3.面团揉到能扯出大片透明薄膜便可以了
  • 4.将面团收圆,放在面包桶中进行基础发酵
  • 5.当面团发到2.5倍大时,用手指蘸面粉,在顶部戳洞,不回缩不塌陷,发酵成功
  • 6.将面团取出,置于揉面垫上,排气揉圆,称重分成8等份,分别揉圆,松弛15分钟
  • 7.取一个小面团,擀成长条状
  • 8.卷成卷
  • 9.将所有面团都依次完成,放进不粘烤模中,放在温暖湿润处进行二次发酵
  • 10.待面团是原来的二倍大时,用利刀在表面划口,刷上融化的黄油液,再在划口处撒少许粗砂糖,此时烤箱开始预热160度
  • 11.将面包烤盘送进预热好的烤箱中层,160度,上下火,20分钟
  • 12.出炉后从模具中取出,晾架上晾凉食用
