Steps to make 【粤菜】--翡翠虾仁

  • 1.先把豌豆洗净,浸泡8小时。
  • 2.把泡好的豌豆放入锅中,煮8分钟即熟。
  • 3.虾仁洗净,盐、胡椒粉、水淀粉及蛋清上浆。
  • 4.用盐、胡椒粉、料酒、水淀粉及清汤对成汁。
  • 5.锅里放油,4成热放入虾仁。
  • 6.把虾仁炒熟。
  • 7.盛入盘中,备用。
  • 8.锅里留底油,葱、姜切末放入锅中煸炒。
  • 9.倒入豌豆翻炒。
  • 10.放入虾仁翻炒几下。
  • 11.倒入芡汁翻炒30秒即可。
  • 12.盛入盘中,即可享用。
