无油无糖,细腻软糯——紫薯米糕
之前用小米粥做了轻易就爱上了,10分钟小米糕!,今天又来一款紫薯米糕,做法差不多,直接用米粥做,无油无糖,细腻软糯,宝宝抓握很方便。没什么技术含量,也不需要特殊的工具,很是方便呢。

如果宝宝不爱吃粥,那它很合适你;如果你想把粥带出门,它也很合适你;带着宝宝去郊游,想带点主食类的小点心,它最合适啦!老少皆宜的软糯米糕。

Steps to make 无油无糖,细腻软糯——紫薯米糕

  • 1.食材准备好。
  • 2.大米和小米提前泡半小时。
  • 3.加入3倍米量的水,大火煮开后转小火,熬煮20分钟。
  • 4.看下20分钟后啥样子的。就是看着软烂吃着也软烂~~~
  • 5.煮粥期间将紫薯切丁,加点水打成紫薯泥汁。(这里我没有蒸,直接将紫薯打成了紫薯泥,反正后面还要煮。)
  • 6.粥熬煮软烂后,加入紫薯,继续小火,一边煮一边搅拌,再煮个5-10分钟,煮到下面图片这种程度就可以了,可以滴落但不是成一条线滴落。
  • 7.盛出来,放一旁冷却至常温。到这一步就可以结束了,冷却后凝固起来,拿出来切条就可开吃。想成品更平整接着看下面。
  • 8.将淀粉加2勺水调成水淀粉。
  • 9.加入粥里,搅拌均匀。碗中擦油,倒入,上锅蒸,水开后转中小火10分钟即可。
  • 10.晾凉后切,切的时候很粘刀,每切一刀都将刀用水冲洗下,再切下一刀。偷懒的结果就是不平整,不平整啊越来越不平整。
  • 11.带着点淡淡甜味,还能吃到小米的颗粒。
