Steps to make 葡萄干蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料;
  • 2.将蛋白放入搅拌盆,分3次加入细砂糖、塔塔粉、盐,用打蛋器打至8成发备用;将清水、糖粉及色拉油混合搅拌至无颗粒,过筛入低筋面粉搅匀,筛入玉米淀粉,放入蛋黄,倒入香草精,搅拌成均匀光滑的面糊;
  • 3.将打发好的蛋白用橡皮刮刀舀出1/3到蛋黄糊中,从底部翻拌均匀;
  • 4.倒入剩余的2/3蛋白中,翻拌均匀;
  • 5.在蛋糕纸模的底部放上适量的葡萄干;
  • 6.将拌好的面糊倒入纸杯中7分满,烤箱上火170度,下火140度预热;
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱,烤30分钟;
  • 8.烤好后放凉脱模即可;
