  • 榛子仁100g
  • 香草精1小勺

Steps to make 黑香蕉榛果磅蛋糕

  • 1.黄油切成片,提前软化;
  • 2.混合细砂糖和赤砂糖;
  • 3.榛子仁入烤箱,150度烤10分钟至熟;
  • 4.烤熟的榛仁搓去内皮,用料理机打碎;
  • 5.将碎榛仁和低筋面粉混合均匀;
  • 6.香蕉一根,切成小粒;
  • 7.黑巧克力120g切碎备用。
  • 8.模具提前抹上一层融化的黄油或放烘培纸;
  • 9.黄油和细砂糖、赤砂糖一起放进家用搅拌机的搅拌缸(也可以用电动打蛋器),用“K”字头打发黄油;
  • 10.中间可以停机,将周围的黄油刮到中间,继续打发;
  • 11.打至颜色发白、体积蓬松后,逐个加入鸡蛋,每次都要打发到鸡蛋与黄油完全融合再加下一个;
  • 12.加入最后一个鸡蛋的同时,加入一小勺香草精,打发均匀;
  • 13.一次性加入面粉和榛仁;
  • 14.搅拌至看不见干粉;
  • 15.加入香蕉碎和巧克力碎;
  • 16.翻拌均匀,成蛋糕糊;
  • 17.将蛋糕糊装入模具,八分满即可;
  • 18.送入预热160度的烤箱,烤50到60分钟,至熟。
  • 19.烤至15分钟时,可以拿出模具,用利刃在蛋糕上划一刀口子。也可以不用。
