  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 黄油30g
  • 奶油30g
  • 酵母5g
  • 白糖40g
  • 2g

Steps to make 南瓜大吐司

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.南瓜去皮,洗净后切片。
  • 3.放入蒸锅内,蒸熟后,按成泥。
  • 4.除黄油以外,所有原料放入面包机。
  • 5.原料揉成光滑的面团后,加入切成小块的黄油。
  • 6.继续揉到黄油全部吸收,产生筋膜。
  • 7.基础发酵,发酵到2倍大左右。
  • 8.发酵好的面团松弛一下,分成3等份。
  • 9.取一小份擀成长条。
  • 10.然后卷起,放入土司盒内。
  • 11.发酵到模具的8-9分满。
  • 12.烤箱预热,180度中层约烤30分钟。
  • 13.烤好脱模,放在晾晒架上晾凉即可。
