  • 普通面粉400g
  • 酵母2g
  • 温水200g
  • 白砂糖10g
  • 咸鸭蛋黄6个
  • 无盐黄油30g
  • 吉士粉30g
  • 奶粉30g
  • 糖粉40g
  • 牛奶30g

Steps to make 流沙包

  • 1.咸蛋黄蒸10分钟左右蒸熟。
  • 2.用叉子将蛋黄压碎,尽量压碎一些。
  • 3.加入提前软化好的黄油搅拌融合。
  • 4.再加入吉士粉,奶粉和糖粉搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入牛奶。
  • 6.做好的流沙馅放入冰箱冷冻一小时以上,将馅冻硬。
  • 7.冻好的馅用圆形勺子挖成小球。
  • 8.挖好的馅再放入冰箱冷冻,防止变软。
  • 9.准备做面皮。面粉放入大碗内。
  • 10.温水中加入白砂糖搅拌溶化。
  • 11.加入酵母搅拌。
  • 12.将酵母水倒入面粉中用筷子搅拌。
  • 13.揉成光滑的面团。
  • 14.盖好发酵至两倍大。
  • 15.发酵好的面团取出充分排气。
  • 16.搓长条,切成等大的剂子。
  • 17.将剂子滚圆。
  • 18.取一个剂子按扁包入馅料。
  • 19.包好,收口捏紧。
  • 20.放入蒸笼中二次醒发15分钟。放入蒸锅中大火蒸15分钟左右,闷3分钟揭盖。
  • 21.成品。趁热食用更美味。
