阳春面
阳春面,又称光面或清汤面、白汤面,是指一种不加上任何菜肴配料而只有汤的面条,常见于中国江苏省及上海地区。便宜、吃起来不花时间,是其受欢迎的主因。煮这种面的面条一般没有规限,细如龙须面或者粗如宽面均可使用。“阳春”一词的由来,据《辞海》释:“农历十月为小阳春,市井隐语逐以阳春代表十。”明人所著《五杂俎‧天》中云:“即天地之光,四月多寒,而十月多暖,有桃李生华者,俗谓之小阳春。”据此可见,农历十月的别称为小阳春,故又更进一步地引申阳春为十数之意,而阳春面刚上市之时,价格正好是十分钱一碗,好事者遂将这十分钱一碗的光面冠以阳春面美名,取其十分钱与农历十月皆为十数之故。(以上资料来自搜狗百科)

Steps to make 阳春面

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.猪油放锅中加热化开
  • 3.葱切段,将葱白放入猪油中小火炸至黄色
  • 4.加入青葱一起小火炸制,葱段全部金黄色后将葱捞出,倒出葱油备用
  • 5.取一碗,加入鸡汤(或骨头汤),酱油,葱油,盐,鸡精,葱花
  • 6.锅中烧开水,放入面条煮熟,捞出放入碗中,搅匀即可食用
