排骨焖芋头

  • 1.排骨切块浸泡一个小时洗干净。
  • 2.芋头去皮洗干净切块。
  • 3.将排骨入锅大火烧开过滤一下。
  • 4.洗干净沥干水分备用。
  • 5.生姜切片,大蒜去皮切块,豆瓣酱生抽准备。
  • 6.油锅烧至六成熟倒入玉米油倒入生姜,大蒜煸炒均匀。
  • 7.倒入排骨煸炒。
  • 8.加入一勺生抽煸炒。
  • 9.豆瓣酱二勺大火煸炒。
  • 10.加入适量清水。
  • 11.焖至30分钟倒入芋头一起焖。
  • 12.焖至15分钟,最后调少许盐煸炒均匀出锅。
  • 13.入盘,成品图,来一份。
