寿司和紫菜包饭种类不同,日本寿司有诸多的分类,根据制作手法可分为外卷和内卷,根据形状不同可分为握寿司、手卷、稻荷寿司等,而韩国紫菜卷只有一种那就是用紫菜把饭包起来再切成小块(做法有点类似卷寿司)。最大的差别在于紫菜的包法上,寿司与紫菜卷最类似的是小卷,但紫菜卷一般会大些。说道用米,寿司用的米是需要加专用的米醋,因此吃寿司的时候会吃到一点酸酸的感觉,用的醋的质量很大程度上影响了寿司米的口味,淡则无味重则太酸,而紫菜卷几乎没有这方面的要求。而蘸料寿司用的是芥末或山葵酱和酱油,讲究点的话先吃一片醋姜,而紫菜卷一般不用蘸料或根据个人喜欢来制作。我们在家做当然不会有这些细节的分类,想吃啥,怎么吃自己说了算,所以说我们把寿司和紫菜包饭是混为一谈的,也更适合我们自己的吃法,统称寿司~~

Steps to make 香肠寿司

  • 1.所有材料备用。
  • 2.蛋液打散煎成蛋皮。
  • 3.香肠用油煎熟,这个香肠纯肉制作,无添加味道很棒,全程冷冻新鲜美味。
  • 4.把各种食材料理好,米饭里加入日本醋和盐拌匀。
  • 5.把紫菜铺到卷帘上,铺一层米饭。
  • 6.把黄瓜,蛋皮,肉松,香肠一起放上。
  • 7.用帘子卷紧。
  • 8.切成小块即可。
  • 9.开吃。。
