电饭锅版蛋糕

Steps to make 电饭锅版蛋糕

  • 1.称量所需材料
  • 2.蛋黄蛋清分离,用分蛋器把蛋黄蛋清分开装,装蛋清的容器不能沾水和油,否则打发不了。
  • 3.蛋黄里倒入牛奶和玉米油,包裹蛋黄,放一旁备用
  • 4.这个时候可以预热电饭锅啦,就是什么都不加,直接按煮饭键预热,会自动跳闸的
  • 5.打蛋器开高速打蛋白至提起来有小尖勾的状态,加入三分之一的第一次细砂糖,继续打
  • 6.第二次加入细砂糖,继续高速打发
  • 7.第三次加入剩下的细砂糖和玉米淀粉,用中速打发(容器边上的蛋白霜要用刮刀刮下来混匀。)
  • 8.蛋白霜完成啦~~~放一旁备用
  • 9.低筋面粉过筛入蛋黄里,用手动打蛋器或筷子搅拌均匀,不可以有颗粒喔
  • 10.细腻无颗粒的面糊已经搅拌完成啦
  • 11.蛋黄糊里加入三分之一的蛋白霜,用翻拌手法混匀面糊,像炒菜一样,切记不能划圈圈,否则蛋白会消泡的
  • 12.把搅拌好的面糊倒进剩下的蛋白霜里面,继续用翻拌手法搅拌均匀
  • 13.这是最后搅拌好的面糊
  • 14.预热好的电饭锅取出来,面糊离电饭锅15厘米左右倒进去,这样能自动消除一些大气泡,轻轻的摔几下,把气泡震出来,如果表面的小气泡震不破就用牙签戳破
  • 15.按下煮饭键,等它第一次跳闸,焖15分钟,再按下煮饭键,再焖15分钟就可以了。记住要用湿毛巾把电饭锅的出气口捂住喔
  • 16.开盖后要马上拿出来倒扣, 怕没熟的话可以用筷子戳一下,没有面糊带出来就是熟了。
  • 17.完全晾凉后,轻轻的剥下来
