【炸酱面,花样做】 酱香排骨炸酱面
早上5点半起了个大早,为的是去买排骨,因为去晚了就只剩骨头块了。猪肉涨价19块钱一斤的排骨哇,可还是买了好几根回来,嘿嘿...  做给LG尝尝。红烧排骨,炖排骨...早都吃腻了,换了个方式做,配上六月香的豆瓣酱,就成了酱香排骨,味道不是一般的香啊!想想就还想吃。。

    Steps to make 【炸酱面,花样做】 酱香排骨炸酱面

    • 1.排骨买来后洗净备用。
    • 2.必备的六月香豆瓣酱,切好姜,蒜,辣椒。
    • 3.排骨洗净后加入少许盐,料酒1勺,酱油半勺,姜丝搅拌均匀腌制10分钟左右
    • 4.包菜洗净后切丝。
    • 5.锅里倒少许油把蒜片煸香 。
    • 6.再放入切好的包菜丝炒软出锅。
    • 7.锅内重新倒油,把姜,蒜,辣椒煸香。
    • 8.煸香后把腌制好的排骨放入翻炒。
    • 9.再注入开水没过排骨,大火10分钟。(中途记得开盖炒匀)
    • 10.汤汁烧到一半的时候转中火,加入少许香油,再把六月香豆瓣酱放入2大勺炒匀。
    • 11.盖上盖中火烧到汤汁有点浓稠即可。
    • 12.买的是新鲜的面条。
    • 13.锅内加水烧开后把面条放入,等水再次开后即可夹出。
    • 14.排骨吸收了六月香豆瓣酱的酱香味,真的好好吃呢。
