花式酸奶酪蛋糕
先生最近很喜欢吃我做的改良版蛋糕,为了搞点小花样,这次做个虎皮花样版的,食材方面改用奶酪来制作,味道还真是不错。希望你们也能喜欢,给身边的人带去更多浪漫温馨的小惊喜吧。
还是将玉米粉改用莜面粉后,味道丝滑好味,营养更好。特别用咖啡粉做个花纹,也挺有意思的。你们要是喜欢,也来试试看吧。

  • 低筋面粉30g
  • 莜麦面8g
  • 绵白糖25g
  • 自制酸奶奶酪100g
  • 牛奶30ml

Steps to make 花式酸奶酪蛋糕

  • 1.食材准备
  • 2.蛋黄及蛋白分清装进二个无油无水的干净盆子里。
  • 3.酸奶奶酪加上牛奶,倒入一个大一点的容器,分蛋,蛋黄和10g糖加入酸奶奶酪混合液中,
  • 4.充分搅拌至糖化。
  • 5.低筋面粉和莜麦面粉筛入蛋黄糊,搅拌均匀,将低粉与莜麦面粉过筛,面糊里不要有粉粒出现,这样子组织才能细滑。
  • 6.蛋白滴几滴白醋,糖一次加入。蛋白打发至九分发。提起打器头有小弯钩。
  • 7.分1/3蛋白至蛋黄糊内。用刮刀切拌,尽量不要消泡。这一步很重要。将切拌好的蛋黄糊倒入蛋白糊内,切拌均匀。这一步可以用手动打蛋器,从盆子捞底提起,甩,重复这个动作,蛋白糊和蛋黄糊完全均匀。
  • 8.分一些蛋白出来,加一些咖啡粉,
  • 9.将加了咖啡粉的面糊加入裱花袋里,在面糊上画花样,
  • 10.用牙签花出花纹,
  • 11.烤箱预热170度,按下烤蛋糕的3号按键,烤盘上置一注入热水的烤盘,将蛋糕模放入热水中。烤45分钟左右,根据自己的烤箱调整。
  • 12..配上一杯自己喜欢的饮品,一个美味下午茶就搞定了。
