布朗尼芝士蛋糕
1.还为女儿生日做了6寸的布朗尼芝士蛋糕,由于家用烤箱最大只能做个10寸的蛋糕,怕不够小盆友们吃,所以又做了6寸的布朗尼芝士蛋糕
2.需两次烘焙。第一次烤箱中层,上下火,180度,18分钟左右,第二次,烤箱中层,上下火,160度,35分钟左右

  • 黄油50g
  • 黑巧克力50g
  • 中筋面粉50g
  • 细砂糖90g
  • 鸡蛋100g
  • 香草精2.5ml
  • 原味酸奶80g

Steps to make 布朗尼芝士蛋糕

  • 1.准备原料:1.芝士蛋糕配料:奶油奶酪210g,细砂糖40g,鸡蛋60g,原味酸奶60g,香草精2.5ml2.布朗尼蛋糕配料:黄油50g,黑巧克力50g,细砂糖50g,原味酸奶20g,鸡蛋40g,中筋面粉(普通面粉)50g
  • 2.准备6寸蛋糕模,用软化的黄油涂抹蛋糕模内层备用
  • 3.1.制作布朗尼蛋糕糊巧克力,黄油切小块隔水加热
  • 4.完全溶化后,从水中取出
  • 5.加入50g细砂糖
  • 6.加入40g鸡蛋液
  • 7.加入20g原味酸奶
  • 8.搅打均匀后筛入中筋面粉
  • 9.翻拌均匀成为布朗尼蛋糕糊
  • 10.倒入6寸蛋糕模内,放入预热180度的烤箱内,中层,上下火,18分钟左右,趁这功夫制作芝士蛋糕糊
  • 11.2.芝士蛋糕糊的制作奶油奶酪室温软化后,加入40g细砂糖,用打蛋器打至细滑无颗粒
  • 12.加入60g鸡蛋液
  • 13.打匀
  • 14.加入2.5ml香草精
  • 15.加入60g原味酸奶
  • 16.搅打均匀,成为浓滑的奶酪糊
  • 17.把芝士蛋糕糊倒在烤好的布朗尼蛋糕上。(不用等布朗尼蛋糕降温)
  • 18.把蛋糕模用力震荡两下,排气后放入烤盘内,
  • 19.烤箱温度降至160度,中层,上下火,烤35分钟左右,表面呈金黄色就可以了,等蛋糕冷却后,放入冰箱冷藏4个小时以上
  • 20.冷藏好的蛋糕放上罐头樱桃与鲜樱桃装饰
  • 21.放上制作好的巧克力板
