萝卜腌黄豆

Steps to make 萝卜腌黄豆

  • 1.黄豆提前一晚上泡好,泡好的黄豆胖乎乎的。
  • 2.锅中加水,上汽后将黄豆蒸15分钟。
  • 3.准备一个白萝卜洗干净去掉两面的蒂。
  • 4.我叉子在上面叉上眼,方便入味。
  • 5.将萝卜从中间切开(萝卜不用去皮)。
  • 6.见面垫上筷子。
  • 7.将萝卜切成中间不分开的薄片。
  • 8.将切好的萝卜放在一个大盆里,加一大勺白糖用手将萝卜的全身都按摩到。
  • 9.用刀两三片一组切开腌制半小时。
  • 10.腌制好的萝卜用手挤出里面的水分。
  • 11.青红椒切成小段,生姜和大蒜切片。
  • 12.准备花椒粒,红辣椒,桂皮和八角。
  • 13.锅中倒油,爆香所有调料。
  • 14.里面加100克生抽和50克米醋,一大勺盐和一勺胡椒粉烧开晾凉。
  • 15.将腌好的萝卜,黄豆,青红椒,大蒜和生姜片放到一个大盆里。
  • 16.将晾凉后的料汁到进去带上一次性手套抓拌均匀,腌制一小时,每隔半小时抓拌一次会更加入味。
