自制猪油
小时候,经常看着妈妈熬猪油,很喜欢吃熬完剩下的猪油渣,蒸着吃,炒菜吃,包饺子吃,很美味。猪油也叫荤油,炒素菜少放些很增香提味。制作过程也很简单易学。

Steps to make 自制猪油

  • 1.猪板油或猪肥肉,洗净切成2CM左右的方块
  • 2.炒锅中小火,放入肉块翻炒,加少量盐
  • 3.隔会儿翻炒一下,待水分蒸发掉,开始出油了,这是5分钟左右的样子
  • 4.10分钟的样子,油增多,肉变小
  • 5.15分钟的样子,肉块微焦黄,可以关火了,继续等余温榨肉块
  • 6.锅内不在滋滋响声冒泡了,用漏筛捞出油渣放入小碗中,冰箱冷藏
  • 7.将油倒入耐热容器中放凉,即可密封冰箱冷藏了,随用随取。
  • 8.再来一张,550克肥肉榨了290克猪油
  • 9.冰箱冷藏一晚上的效果,已凝固,还没有完全变白
