  • 动物淡奶油95克
  • 大鸡蛋4个
  • 香蕉泥300克
  • 泡打粉3克

Steps to make 香蕉糯米马芬

  • 1.准备材料,将所有液体和糖混合在一起,用手动打蛋器把材料拌匀。
  • 2.将捣碎的香蕉泥倒进搅拌好的液体中拌匀。
  • 3.再将过筛的糯米粉和泡打粉倒进液体材料中拌匀。
  • 4.将蛋糕糊放入裱花袋内,再挤入模具中,八分满就OK.(这个配方的量需烤两盘。数量约30个)
  • 5.蛋糕放入事先预热好的烤箱中烤制,170度上下火
  • 6.约35分钟,表皮焦黄且均匀后既可关火。
