  • 胡椒粉5克
  • 白酒50克
  • 蚝油50克
  • 白糖10克
  • 老抽5克

Steps to make 灌制腊肠

  • 1.主辅料:猪肉、肠衣
  • 2.把猪肉洗净切粒,剁碎。
  • 3.加鸡粉、盐、胡椒粉、白酒、白糖、蚝油、老抽,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.把泡发的肠衣套入灌肠的漏斗
  • 5.放入猪肉灌制
  • 6.每隔一段用棉绳系紧
  • 7.放在光线充足的阳台晾晒一周左右即成
