新春盛宴——创意番茄红鱼
年夜饭是中国传统春节习俗之一,又称年夜饭、团圆饭、特指年尾除夕阖家聚餐,共度新年。年年有魚是“年年有余”的谐音,可谓中国传统吉祥祈福最具代表的语言之一,因此年夜菜肴必备的一道菜品即魚。创意年夜晏创意菜品——蕃茄红魚寓意新年吉祥、大吉大利、年年有余,其造型美观、(头尾相连)形似圆满,汤汁红亮寓意红红火火、颜值颇高、色香味型俱佳。

Steps to make 新春盛宴——创意番茄红鱼

  • 1.草魚1条去鳞、去膛、去腮、洗净控干水份,背部切成均匀的条状。
  • 2.放入一个稍深一点的盘子中,使其头尾相连,寓意圆圆满满。
  • 3.魚身撒入料酒去腥,将锅中水烧开后再放入魚盘,盖上盖子蒸13至15分钟。
  • 4.蒸好的魚从锅中取出,倒净所有的汁。
  • 5.锅中加入适量食用油,这是买的蕃茄火锅底料,放入锅中炒一下。
  • 6.再加入适量的开水煮一下。
  • 7.将蒸好的魚放入锅中炖一下。
  • 8.炖制中用勺子不断反复的将蕃茄红汁浇入魚身,以便入味。
  • 9.蕃茄红魚已炖好,蕃茄汤汁浓郁。
  • 10.年夜晏——创意蕃茄红魚出锅装入不锈钢小锅中,造型美观,形似圆满、颜值颇佳。
  • 11.寓意新的一年红红火火,年年有余,创意年夜晏蕃茄红魚色、香、味、形俱佳。
