红薯就是我们俗称的地瓜。富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质,有抗癌、保护心脏、预防肺气肿、糖尿病、减肥等功效,有“长寿食品”之美誉。我一般都是蒸着吃,今天想换个口味炸着吃,虽然油炸食品不易多吃,只是偶尔为之,解解馋而已。
