Steps to make 草莓冰激淋

  • 1.材料合影:淡奶油、牛奶、蛋黄、细砂糖准备好;草莓去蒂,清洗干净。
  • 2.细砂糖、蛋黄同入电煮锅中;用最小的火力将细砂糖融化,不停搅拌,使蛋黄受热成熟。
  • 3.倒入牛奶,混合均匀,晾凉使用。
  • 4.草莓用勺子压成带有小颗粒的糊状。
  • 5.将蛋黄牛奶糊、草莓糊、淡奶油同入冰淇淋搅拌桶中。
  • 6.将搅拌桶安放在冰淇淋机中,盖上盖子,选择“冰淇淋”功能,用时55分钟。
  • 7.做好的草莓冰淇淋跟买的没啥两样。
  • 8.挖出入杯即可食用。
  • 9.清新爽口的草莓冰淇淋~
